Join Kyla McHughes, a Ramindjeri/Ngarrindjeri woman, for a fun and creative painting workshop where we all come together to hear the story of Kondoli Dreaming -  a Ramindjeri Dreaming story about the whale Kondoli for Winter Whale Fest 2026.

Kyla will yarn about the Ramindjeri connection to Sea Country, the whales, and their cultural significance. During this session, attendees will have the opportunity to paint a communal whale mural as directed by Kyla.

The mural will hang in the library to celebrate the Whale Festival and recognise Reconciliation Week, which runs from 27 May to 3 June 2026.

All are welcome to come along, listen, learn, and leave their mark on this special collaborative artwork.
